ProsCompany went through tough times around the recession and years after but have put lots of money into improving technology employees benefits and business had really improved and busy when I left.
ConsA lot of the production jobs are exposed to Indiana weather but thats normal for stone work
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Indiana Limestone Company (United States) in Nov 2015
InterviewThe actual interview was very positive. Very informative about current company values. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to go through the process twice to discover that the position had yet again been put on hold. Very discouraging to feel so positive about a company only to be led on for months at a time, waiting on a response, any response, just to find out that they decided to put a hold on the job (which more than likely means that they filled the position internally.....again..... and wasted candidates time).
