Stepping stone to better companies
Travel to other plants in other countries.
Not much else to say
Management makes awful decisions. Everything is a short term gain long term loss, save a penny to spend a dollar.
Very low pay, and raises are nonexistent. (Not even cost of living). When a raise was asked for, it was acknowledged I was paid 25% below market value, but still no raise was given.
Way too many temps on the floor because they can't pay enough to hire talented workers.
Upper management is an investment company and only cares about the bottom line. Getting ready to pump and dump.
Advice to Management
Pay your highly talented employees competitive salaries. Stop promoting brown nosers, and putting unqualified people into technical roles only because they are cheaper than someone from outside.
