I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Indianapolis Star (Indianapolis, IN) in April 2013.
During the hiring process with the Indianapolis Star, you get asked about why you should be hired and how could manage to sell such brand within the company's brand and business and how would you represent the company's brand and then you manage to go through training. And within a week you get tested to see if you're ready.
