Pros

Like headline says, very impressed to come across a small size company like them and find out that they care about you as a person. Most companies don't. This is a commission based job; you make what

Cons

Indiana weather if you are from down South. Other than that, not really. Just be prepared to reflect on and improve your own sales techniques while pitching people at their houses.

  1. Account Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in United States
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Indianapolis Team (United States) in Jan 2019

    Interview

This is totally a pyramid scheme. At the second interview they literally give you a chart that’s a pyramid, and it was like they were trying to convince me that this is a legitimate company instead of interviewing me. I barely spoke because they were just talking at me, it was like it was a sales pitch. They kept name dropping AT&T as a client, and talked about their robust client base, but they couldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked what other sectors their other clients are from. As soon as that second interview it all clicked that this was a pyramid scheme, and I felt really silly for not realizing it sooner.

The whole office atmosphere was off and weird too - really creepy, barebones, everyone talking about how the culture there was different and amazing. Very cult-ish.
