I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Industrial Scientific Corp (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2012.
A couple interviews with someone in HR, the manager and CFO. Basic interview questions, nothing out of the blue. Went thru a temp agency to get the job. They use them for most of their hiring.
