    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Industrial Specialty Contractors (Baton Rouge, LA) in September 2016.

    Interview

It was requested that I interview in person. I arrived an hour early to brush up on answers and questions. The interview was more of a discussion and fairly relaxed. The interviewer was very personable. Some technical questions arose and a discussion was had. There were some culture-fit questions as well. Expectations were conveyed, even when I was lacking in some wants for the position, which was inviting as well.
