Management generally supports their consultants in terms of training or financially when they need it. They have relatively strong network / connections in JAVA projects. They accommodate their consultants while training.
They have very poor network / connections with SAP projects. Almost none. They are also poor in training organization for SAP.
Advice to Management
I'd suggest the management simply give up on recruiting SAP consultants and invest on them, unless they improve their connections /network with SAP projects/ implementations.
