The people are easy to get along with and generally helpful and supportive of each other. Management is a mixed bag but employees are alike in allowing employees to use their own initiative and work in their own way. Room to stake out the work you're interested in. Occasional free wine.
Lack of follow through in supporting some products and services. Poor communication throughout company. Not likely to provide much exposure to other businesses outside the wine industry.
Advice to Management
Employees need to feel empowered, secure and part of a larger mission. Management has not always been communicating to support this.
