Mission: From the executive team to our talented sales professionals, we encourage collaboration, new ideas, and a continual focus on making Infinity a great place to work and a better company overall. Our management team is committed to providing all employees with the tools necessary ...
I have been working at Infinity Sales Group full-time (More than 3 years)
Good benefits, space for growth in some positions, fair compensation, they try to keep employees motivated (at least the sales agents), co-workers are good people.
Let me start by saying that no place is perfect, and everyone's experience is going to be unique, but one bad thing is the lack of clarity on plans and current performance of the company, (they keep the "little people" in the dark), health insurance can always be better, but I don't really know if that's something the company can improve, or it has more to do with the health insurance companies trying to get you in a different way now.
Advice to Management
Look down often, and keep in mind that behind every single person not matter how high their position in the company or how much money they make, there's a whole life full of dreams, people, and just about the same things you have in your life (kids, family, parents, pets mortgages, car payment, any kind of needs, etc)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Infinity Sales Group.
Basic sales interview questions, nothing special. Do you want to make money? What sales background do you have? When can you start? What hours can you work? They want flexible people as the schedule changes often.
