They truly care about their employees and the managers are awesome, it's good money, they definitely take their time to train you and the entire staff top to bottom really knows what they're doing. Very established. Very professional but still fun.
They feed you! They always bought Papa Johns, or Arby's, or KFC when you're too busy selling and couldn't get up for a break.
High pressure sales tactics based off of one of like twenty different sales metrics to make sure you're making them the most money.. You're basically taught how to force someone to buy your product even though they can't afford it.

Went through 3 different interviews was pretty easy then I had to fill out an application online while I was still there. They asked pretty basic questions and seemed a bit redundant to me
