I have been working at InfoPro Learning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work-life balance combined with endless opportunities. You make your career what you want it to be here. The leadership team is very encouraging of anyone that is willing to work hard and grow their skills. The culture is very kind and supportive and I look forward to coming here every day.

    Cons

Just be prepared to switch directions quickly and wear many hats. Most days, this can be really fun being hands-on in a lot of projects, but you have to have a good attitude and know how to roll with it.

The traditional benefits aren't compelling, but the culture and flexibility counter balances that for me.

    Advice to Management

You've done a great job at listening to your employees and making them feel valued. Keep it up!

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at InfoPro Learning (Noida (India)) in April 2011.

    Interview

Started with a telephonic interview, followed by a written psychometric and language assessment. This was followed by a detailed skill assessment.

Coupled with three more rounds of interview with the top and mid level management.
