I worked at Infozen full-time (More than 5 years)
They did get several contracts while I was there. Spent 5 years there.
They protest any proposal they don't get, now they have that reputation. Hard to get a decent salary increase. Management is so tight they squeak. Not very loyal to employees, the minute you aren't billable you are gone, regardless of how much money you have made them in the past.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees better, they are the reason you have a job, not the other way around. A little loyalty would go along ways.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infozen.
It was horrible. Five men interviewed me and I'm sure all they did was try to look up my skirt. This should have been my first warning - but I needed the job. I applied for a technical position and not one of them was very technical.
