I have been working at Injured Workers Pharmacy full-time (More than a year)

Company offers employees very good benefits with wellness reimbursements and challenges to get an even bigger discount for the next year. Employees are even able to get reimbursed for education! Managers and supervisors can help create a plan for you to grow within your career at IWP.

A lot of people are afraid of change, especially when people can be very set and comfortable in old ways. There has been a lot of movement and change particularly in the last year, but it is something that needs to be embraced. If something is going on you don't agree with, people shouldn't be afraid to bring it up to someone with reasons why.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Injured Workers Pharmacy (Andover, MA) in June 2018.

Email & call from HR - small discussion on qualifications and expectations. Subsequent in person interview with head of sales, HR, and a few team members who asked some relevant questions - and many others that seemed more geared to team politics rather than corporate goals and requirements. Was told at the end I would absolutely hear back and be coming back for a potential 2nd meeting. I sent a sincere and detailed thank you note as well. After 3 weeks nothing - no response at all - then the job was re-posted. Total waste of time, effort, and energy - happy I found out what this place was like this way rather than joining and seeing why they are suffering so badly.
