I have been working at InkJet full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a genuine spirit about working here. As an employee, there is an energy and strength that comes with knowing your voice matters; Knowing that you want to be heard. And when goals are clear and everyone is involved, we can have the moon! I WANT to come work...that says a lot.

    Cons

I don't see this as a con, but a challenge...with the speed of growth, the feeling of being tight knit and together will take a lot of focus to maintain. How do we keep the maverick spirit alive when we are as big as the big boys? I can't wait to find out and help out with that challenge!

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward and remain engaged. This is going to be a fun ride!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at InkJet (Willis, TX) in March 2017.

    Interview

I sent over my resume, was then asked to do an assessment of skills test. Once that was completed, I was called for a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Before completing the call, he asked for a face to face coffee meeting. I was then invited to the plant for a meeting with the CEO, HR and the hiring manager once again. I was offered the position upon completion of that meeting along with a plant tour.
