I have been working at InkJet full-time (More than 5 years)
Management Team is caring and compassionate
Employees are encouraged to take action and provide ideas for improvement.
Promotion from within is first priority when filling positions unless we simply dont have the talent or it's a new venture.
It's in Willis (not that it's horrible but not much around it)
Those darn love bugs, but I guess they are everywhere....
The industry is highly competitive and very mature - so competition is tough and well entrenched
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing! After 5 years here - I have seen so much improvement in the last 3 that it's amazing.
I personally have a real issue with whoever wrote that negative review because I also work here NOW and also had issues during the hurricane, but EVERYONE was helpful all the way up to and including the owner!
Micro managing.. silly, just silly and a completely baseless claim.
***** If your ever in need of help just ask - from what I have witnessed, it's always been provided.
I am sure many of the wonderful people I work with each day will also leave positive reviews, so that whoever left the negative one - knows they are wrong!
Thanks IJI for providing an exceptional work environment!
I applied online. I interviewed at InkJet (Willis, TX) in March 2017.
I sent over my resume, was then asked to do an assessment of skills test. Once that was completed, I was called for a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Before completing the call, he asked for a face to face coffee meeting. I was then invited to the plant for a meeting with the CEO, HR and the hiring manager once again. I was offered the position upon completion of that meeting along with a plant tour.
