I have been working at Inland Empire Health Plan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very supportive management and terrific coworkers with caring attitudes that produce incredible value for the members. A fantastic work group.

    Cons

Work load too large for the expectations. Ever changing Standards for evaluating quality of work. Need to get some consistency.

    Advice to Management

Better support from the I T department. One or more of the programs is almost always an issue.

    Interview

Applied through a recruiter and it took 3 weeks. Had 3 interviews that went well and last was with CEO. The admins were rude and my interview was 30 min late. They did not check on me or anything.
