Salary, company culture, lack of management, cut throat competition within the office environment, management favors their friends and are obvious about it, PTO is earned yet strongly discouraged against using unless you are considered a senior level employee, and the office politics are always out to bite you at IS.
Advice to Management
Hold each other accountable for being professional and treating others, the employees, fairly. Also, the more you appreciate your employees, the more they will want to work harder and therefore everyone wins. Encouragement and support would go a long, long way as it does not exist.
