Needs Assessment

Our experienced contact center recruiters and account managers meet with the appropriate operating managers and human resource professionals to review specific needs. We tour the workplace and go through a detailed list of questions to identify the type of associate who would thrive in the position. We also meet with current associates to ask them similar questions and listen to phone calls a new associate would receive to give us full insight into a typical day.

Behavioral Interviews

InnoSource develops specific questions to screen candidates on characteristics required to succeed on the customer service job opportunity. We don’t use standard questionnaires — a candidate is reviewed for the exact position he or she would fill.

InnoMarking

In addition to the behavioral interviews, we also perform as needed InnoMarking, a series of assessments given to clients’ top-performing employees to identify personality characteristics that succeed in the environment. Skills Testing

InnoSource has access to specific, customizable online assessment tools that simulate contact center environments and can also test for basic skills, such as math or typing.

Ongoing Account Management

Account managers make regularly scheduled visits to the client site to help track performance and provide necessary feedback to counsel the employee, as well as handle any terminations and exit interviews until the employee is hired by the client.

These individuals generate candidates, perform résumé and phone screenings and conduct in-person interviews.

Account Managers

An account manager becomes the main point of contact for the new hire once an associate receives a job offer. The account manager is familiar with human resources policies and procedures and is there to support a client’s company while our associates are on-site. This role can be customized according to the client’s on-site needs. This individualized attention to detail has helped to make us one of the leading call center recruitment agencies nationwide.

Payroll & Benefits Specialists

Our payroll and benefits specialists ensure our staff members are paid correctly and understand benefits available to them and that all human resources compliance rules and regulations are met. On-Site Outsourcing Managers

Six Sigma Black Belts

This individual is a Six Sigma specialist who is available to our clients when needed. This expert assists by analyzing our client’s business and operations processes and then provides recommendations to allow the business to run more efficiently, focusing on saving time and money for said client.

Statistical Analysts

A statistical analyst is responsible for the collection and reporting of data associated with a function outsourced to InnoSource. This individual ensures that the integrity and relevance of the data reporting is provided to the operational management team. This expert provides operational suggestions based on a continuous review of the data critical to the health of our client’s business.

    I applied online and had an interview set up 2 days later. Innosource is a recruter for long term employment. The interview process for this job was an interview with Innosource, then if they feel you are a good fit they will forward your info on to the client and they will decide who they want to interview. My interview with Innosource went well, the client decided to pass on a second interview.
