    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Innotrac (Memphis, TN) in July 2015.

    Interview

    I had an interview with the HR manager on the first day.(1.5 hrs) the next interview was set up for the following day with the Director of Operations (1.75hrs). Both seemed to go well then they made me a first offer and I counter offered. Second offer went the same way. They asked me what it would take for me to come and I told them. 22 hours later they made the offer I asked for.

      2) Excel knowledge
      3) Word knowledge
      4) Ability to walk a 1 million sq ft facility all day
      5) How do I feel about an office   1 Answer

    Negotiation

    The negotiation was OK. They made 2 different offers and then asked what it take to get me to accept. I told them after 5 PM and received the offer at 3 PM the following day.
