Where We Work
Our innovative and nurturing programs span four states and offer amazing opportunities for candidates in a variety of roles. InnovAge's PACE centers offer accessible gardens, soft lighting, colorful artwork, and winding hallways to create a warm, welcoming experience. California
InnovAge California PACE serves approximately 400 seniors in the Inland Empire. The center features a winding hallway that includes historic California art. The center also has a clinical exercise program and a program for participants to learn more about the Internet and social media so they can stay digitally connected to friends and family. The outdoor patio is a participant favorite, hosting activities like morning Tai Chi, tea parties, and afternoon gardening. Other popular events are karaoke and the annual three-day luau, which includes a Hawaiian barbeque, live Polynesian dancers, limbo, and more.

Colorado
InnovAge is headquartered in Colorado and operates PACE centers several in locations, including Aurora, Denver, Lakewood, Northern Colorado, Pueblo, and Thornton. Learn more about InnovAge locations in Colorado here.

In Colorado, in addition to PACE, InnovAge provides home care and home health services, and has two senior living facilities. InnovAge Home Care and our two senior living facilities are not included in InnovAge PACE.

New Mexico
InnovAge New Mexico PACE serves approximately 400 area seniors. The building was built in 1967 during the post-war transformation of Albuquerque. The center is close to downtown, historic old town and the University of New Mexico. It features views of downtown and the Three Sister Volcanoes. Participants enjoy the enclosed outdoor patio, walking path, Tai Chi, and a posture program. A few favorite center activities include visiting singers and dancers, karaoke, and bingo.

Pennsylvania
InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE serves over 500 seniors in Philadelphia with four center locations in Allegheny, Germantown, Roosevelt, and St. Bart's. Living Independently for Elders (LIFE), known nationally as the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), provides healthcare and social services to seniors without having them move into a nursing facility. LIFE centers in Philadelphia can include historical architectural features, local art, and outdoor gardens.

Virginia
InnovAge Virginia PACE operates four centers that serve over 600 seniors in Virginia with locations in Blue Ridge, Peninsula, Richmond, and Roanoke Valley. Each building is unique with features including exterior patios, natural lighting, and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Favorite participant activities range from bingo and Wii games, to Zumba classes and organized trips to museums and music venues.

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at InnovAge (Thornton, CO) in March 2016.

    Interview

    It was a group interview with current SW team. It was bizarre, because one person kept talking about angry coworkers and how to deal with them. There is a lot of turnover at this location, and I was put off by the idea that there isn't cohesive teamwork. It was a strange vibe. I removed myself from consideration for the job after this experience.
