InnovAge – Why Work For Us?

A personalized approach
InnovAge PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing facilities. It provides customized healthcare and social engagement to older adults to help them stay independent. Most of us want to age in place, meaning we want to grow older in our own homes and communities. InnovAge PACE helps people do just that.

Community-focused with a national footprint
Headquartered in Denver, Colo., InnovAge offers PACE in Colorado, California, New Mexico, Pennyslvania, and Virginia. Our approximately 2,000 employees serve nearly 6,000 seniors.

The mission of InnovAge is to allow seniors to live life on their terms – by aging in place, in their own homes and communities, for as long as safely possible. The primary way we do this is through PACE. InnovAge is committed to expanding PACE to serve more seniors in more communities.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Thornton, CO
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at InnovAge (Thornton, CO) in March 2016.

It was a group interview with current SW team. It was bizarre, because one person kept talking about angry coworkers and how to deal with them. There is a lot of turnover at this location, and I was put off by the idea that there isn't cohesive teamwork. It was a strange vibe. I removed myself from consideration for the job after this experience.
