    Amazing, knowledgeable and talented team who, for the most part, will bend over backwards to get their job done and help sovle any problem you might have.


    CEO and President are rude, dishonest, disrespectful and do not value their employees. They squeeze as much out of their employees as possible with no regard to their mental/physical health and happiness and then tell them they didn't do enough.

    Quit and hire someone who knows what they're doing

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Innovative Solutions & Support (Exton, PA) in October 2013.


    Was contacted by a recruiter who set up an interview with the company. Interviewed with the VP of Engineering, then had a panel interview with three others. The focus was on my resume and my ability to communicate with others. The main focus was also on my style of problem solving.
