Collaborative and fast-paced environment for those that want a career with a company that leads by example. Solid vision, mission and values. The advisor role, categorized as sales is gratifying as the company positively impacts small and mid-sized business in a number of ways. The majority of employees are in service and do an incredible job for client companies, which is reflective of the high client retention rate. The company keeps growing and provides great training and resources for employees to do their job. Ultimately having the autonomy, flexibility and my managers support makes it feel less like a job. Compensation is fair. As for the negative reviews, it’s all relative. Working for this company is challenging and requires work ethic, consistent effort and commitment regardless of what role you have. It is true that you get out what you put in!
Long commute but I was aware of that when I accepted the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Insperity (Houston, TX).
Initial phone interview by recruiter, then in-person interview with the hiring manager, then two additional phone interviews with the manager's boss and a peer. Overall, it was a positive experience that took 5-6 weeks.
