I have been working at Inspirica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Superior work flexibility, complete autonomy over which subjects to tutor, can perform all sessions remotely, students are always easy to work with, fantastic hourly rate, and Excellent company leadership.

    Cons

As with any tutoring job, session frequency varies seasonally, but Inspirica still does do a good job finding students to tutor even in low demand time periods. Working remotely can also have its drawbacks, as sessions have higher probability of being cancelled, but not really a big issue since the students that are tutored tend to be adept at reserving time to be tutored.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, working here has been unbelievable.

    Tutor Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Inspirica (Boston, MA) in September 2019.

    Interview

You started out by having an over-the-phone interview with your manager, who would ask you some basic questions regarding your work history and career interest. If this went well, you'll be scheduled for a follow-up interview with an experienced tutor. In addition, you will need to send in 3 references and complete a background check
