Mission: Continually lower the cost of customer acquisition.
I have been working at Instapage full-time (Less than a year)
Company aims high and I'm certain I'm helping make an impact in the paid advertising industry. I see my career growing along with the company.
No egos nor as**holes.
Hands-off management style, open door policy, lots of collaboration, frequent rounds of feedback, clear company values and great culture overall.
Good perks like a yearly educational budget, traveling abroad, catered lunches, gym on site, commuter benefits.
Rigid WFH policy which is limited to 12 days/y and requires a manager's approval 24hrs in advance. Is it a lack of trust on us? Personal opinion but I don't believe anyone in the team will ever abuse it or that productivity will be affected.
Advice to Management
Encourage internal mobility.
Improve communication style and manners.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instapage.
Follow up with HR is terrible. They reached out for an interview and I followed up sending dates multiple times. I didn't hear from them for over a week each time. I encourage better communication and transparency to potential candidates.
