We're growing fast and our team is near rock star status. We have employees from all over the planet who are smart, respectful, and fun. Our management, although still being built out is hard working, passionate, transparent, and seems to care a lot about us.
Typical growing pains for a SF based software startup. A lot of changes over the past two years, however, most of these are for the better.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to your employees and never give up.
I applied online. I interviewed at Instapage.
The recruiter contacted me for the initial phone screen. The process too a week. We set up a call, but never heard back from the recuiter later despite regular follow ups.
