I have been working at Instapage full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

We're in a rapidly evolving market that means we operate at a fast pace. There's a culture of individual responsibility and high functioning execution that I love, but it's not for the faint of heart. We've gotten where we are through organic growth based on a product our customers love.

    Cons

Not having taken VC funds means the margin of error has been slim and can create some stressful days, but we're in a great position now because of it. There can occasionally be some ambiguity around the direction and strategy of the company. We're in a space that's evolving at an incredible pace, but a little more focus and clarity would be nice.

    Advice to Management

Define a clear vision and set goals for the rest of us to complete.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instapage.

    Interview

Follow up with HR is terrible. They reached out for an interview and I followed up sending dates multiple times. I didn't hear from them for over a week each time. I encourage better communication and transparency to potential candidates.
