Instart Logic is a Palo Alto based startup. Not only do we have a really innovative product, but we also get to work with some of the most brilliant minds in the Valley who also happen to be genuinely great people! We don't need a "no jerks" policy because we don't hire them.
Our team combines deep expertise in the domain of the problem we are solving, with incredibly smart talent in areas that have nothing to do with it. In doing this, we are able to identify deep flaws in the structures of traditional solutions, leading us to reimagine brand new approaches to problems that everyone strives to solve, but can’t using current thinking.
Out of this composite of talents comes an industry-shifting breakthrough, and a new team dynamic. We are united in our determination to break the long-standing barrier to web application performance and pioneer a new era in how users experience the Internet.

I have been working at Instart Logic full-time (Less than a year)
This company is doing to Akamai and the CDN market what Palo Alto Networks did to the Checkpoint and the Firewall market - that is we are turning the existing CDN systems into a commodity, and building a platform of value added applications on top.
Our sales people use this to sell business value into line of business - whereas existing CDNs are no value added infrastructure sold tactically into operations. We can literally walk in and have a discussion with a CFO, CMO, CRO or CIO about driving a 10% increase in digital revenue for a client - in weeks. What other technology firms have a story like this...
The company is rapidly growing - so lots of new people and lots of processes to work out to take the sand out of the gears.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work - lots of focus on communications during this period of hyper growth.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Instart Logic (Chicago, IL) in May 2017.
The interview process was thorough, informative and smooth from first interview to first day of employment. I met with hiring VP, CRO, talked with an existing rep and HR. The length of overall process was very quick.
