    Pros

Work life balance is the best part. Stable company in agency brokerage divison.

Great 401k match and health insurance is good.

    Cons

Being a apart of nomura is the biggest negative. Nomura being in a downward spiral in this markets is pulling instinet down with it

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Instinet (New York, NY).

    Interview

One technical interview (with the person I was to work with) and one with the manager. Focus on Java and Ruby on Rails. Got reply from Instinet in couple of weeks.
