Continuos chance of growth by giving more exams every year as well as departmental promotions.
Some may find it little odd to live in rural or semi-urban cities dealing with semi-literates everday at job, but on a higher side its a benefit to stay away from expensiveness of metro cities & their pollution(air,water & sound)
Advice to Management
Once a month compulsory training & upgradation session for all employees in terms of new technologies and schemes being used in the organisation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
It took approx 6 months. Common Written Examination of 200 ques comprising of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, General Knowledge and english. It has negative marking of .25 marks. Maths of 10th level. quantitative aptitude section mainly has data interpretation ques, level of reasoning is good comparable with CAT, basic english which test comprehension skills, grammar and vocabulary, and General Knowledge has banking and current affairs related questions.
