Flexible work hours and very accommodating. Good benefits. Feel like upper management genuinely cares about employees.
Poor communication due to being under staffed.

Work on communication between employees and management
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insurance House in October 2015.
Was called to set up a phone interview. Once I finished the phone interview I was told by the end of the day I would receive an email stating whether I was going to the next step or not. I never received an email and she used a private number so I had no way of reaching her.
