Good for freshers and new comers. Lot of opportunities are there. You will get all the rewards and recognitions within 2-3 years. Benchmarked salary and incentives are given. Rests depend on relation with your HOD.
Frequent change in policies either it relates to HR policy or it relates to product policies. Unfair and opaque employee remuneration and benefit policy. Not good for working more than 3 years. Lack of leadership but lot of politics. Remember your late sitting and tuning with HOD will be rewarded not your hard work.
Advice to Management
Change is not about replacement. Its all about maintain the dynamics of available energy. Again frequent change will bring only turbulence. Just let your force be streamlined. Groom your available work force to drive the business. What is the need of borrowing a 50 hp engine to light up only five to six 100 watts bulb.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intec Capital (Bangalore (India)) in March 2014.
it was very easy and the questions were related to my subjects of mba as i was fresher. the interview is overall average difficulty and they were checking the analytical skills and checking with the abilities to work in field and improve the inter person relationships
there was no salary negotiation as it was a entry level job
