I have been working at Integra Capital full-time (More than a year)
Before coming to Integra, I was a trader for 5 years on Citi Group’s equities market making desk. The part I like most about Integra is that I now have control over my earnings. I get to keep 95% of my profits instead of hoping that a manager notices me and decides to give me a good bonus each year.
I have been working with Zack for about a year now. He has done everything I could have expected and more. He is available for questions and gives prompt answers. The process is completely transparent. There has never been a surprise fee. All the fees (execution, software, and ECN) were all explained ahead of time.
Zack has also fought for several of my personal requests like getting order types added to the platform or increasing my buying power to a few million dollars. Last, Zack is a trader too and he understands trading. This may seem like a small thing, but it matters a lot.
Nothing so far and I don't foresee anything
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Integra Capital (New York, NY) in May 2015.
I applied online by sending an email to Zack Nadel. Interview was two phone calls and took approximately 2 weeks. The interview basically consisted of questions regarding my trading experience and whether I am prepared to take a job as a day trader. It was a two sided interview, meaning I asked many questions myself about the job. That is probably the most important part. Zack answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I knew every detail about the potential job. Overall, a great experience. I interviewed in May, 2015.
