I have been working at Integral Ad Science full-time (Less than a year)
+ Week 1 I felt like I was already able to make immediate impact
+ Access to leadership
+ Open dialog is encouraged
+ I feel respected and appreciated
+ Do not feel micro-managed; treated as a SME
+ Tools and role related resources are generous
- Benefits are good, but could always be better
- You can feel some resistance to change from legacy employees
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Integral Ad Science.
Applied online, got an email with practice assessments. Next was a phone interview with the recruiter, next step was a talk with a hiring manager, next step was video interviews with multiple employees and the recruiter, then the final update. The interview process was VERY bland. Questions read off a sheet of paper that had nothing to do with the company or what they do, just about your personal life and "times you handled conflicts." The video interviews weren't any better. One of the employees admitted he was reading off a sheet that they gave him. Again, nothing about the actual company.
