Mission: To be the world's leading Deep Green Engineering firm. We believe that net zero energy buildings and living buildings need to become the norm within a generation.
I have been working at Integral Group (More than a year)
The company has an emphasis on energy efficiency and has some really cool projects in their portfolio. Cool place to learn about good engineering design and energy efficiency.
Mentorship still needs development. Too much of an emphasis on staying billable.
Advice to Management
Provide better mentorship to keep talent
I applied online. I interviewed at Integral Group.
Total interview process took over 6 months with 4 interviews with 3 different offices. I gave them my salary expectations at the very beginning with the very first person i spoke to and he said it was not a problem and neither was the relocation package i had stated. Each office told me I had more knowledge than anyone they had interviewed. Very little information from them after any interview. I would have to contact them a few weeks later and then they would say oh we need you to interview with another office. The interview with the Oakland office had the best interview and the LA office had the most unprepared interview. After all was said they have decided not to move forward. The pay scale offered is well below market for this position for this area.
