    Pros

The company is a great place to work where you’re surrounded by people that are passionate about their work. Collaboration and teamwork is rapid throughout each department. Lots of long term employers that create an atmosphere of belonging. The company is growing and making changes to secure long term potential in the industry.

    Cons

There’s always room for improvement, but this company does very well adjusting as needed to make this a good place to work.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Integrated Behavioral Health (Costa Mesa, CA) in February 2014.

    Interview

One of the directors and the department lead interviewed me. They both took turns asking me questions about my education, background, therapeutic training and clinical skills. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions as well. After I met with two of counselors from the department I would be working in, I met with the owners of the company as well. This was the only interview.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked about my history, clinical experience, and given scenarios about the type of work I would be doing with them. I was also asked how I would respond in certain crisis situations.   Answer Question
