ICQ—Integrated Commissioning & Qualification Corporation—serves the pharm/biotech and Medical Device community by providing skilled engineering personnel and leading edge technical expertise in a wide range of disciplines.

Our clients—including global leaders such as Sanofi, Bristol Myers Squib, Shire and Biomérieux—regularly call on us for technical staff augmentation. Experienced Talent

ICQ Consultants has an ongoing commitment to our employees’ professional development through training and mentoring programs. In this way we can assure our clients that every one of our team members is well-trained and well-qualified for a wide variety of consultant engagements.

For example, our internal training program starts with core competencies in the latest cGMP guidelines, and continues with a strong focus in specific areas of technical expertise broken down by processes, utilities, systems/equipment, etc. The comprehensive program also includes industry training by professional organizations such as Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) and International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), as well as Management and Leadership training and our own Mentoring Program.
