There are some really great people that work here.
The pay is pretty good.
Learning about different products can keep the job interesting.
Somewhat flexible with work schedule.
There is no connection between the main office and other offices/employees off site. Most people based out of one office have no idea who anyone is in NJ.
No room for growth or promotions.
No raises annually or based on performance.
Advice to Management
There is no connection between IMS and other offices. It seems to a lot of the employees in the Vermont office feel that New Jersey doesn't really know them or want to know them, with the exception of a few that have contact with them. Also, according to the employee handbook, raises are supposed to be annual, but unless an employee directly brings it up, several times, it doesn't happen. To keep good people, you have to be willing to compensate them.

Got the offer within a week of final interview.
Overall a pretty straightforward, behavioral interview for an entry level role. Talks about what I learned at school and past jobs, what do I know about IMS, why this position, and what my goals are. If I had to give any advice, it's just to know yourself and what you want. Figure out an end game for the position and don't be afraid to dream big.
No room for negotiation but I do know someone that successfully did. All based upon what they need at that moment in time.
