    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Integrated Medical Systems Inc..

    Interview

    1st step-phone interview with HR
2nd step- personality test, if you do not pass personality test, you will not get a face-to-face interview
3rd step-face to face with manager.
    4th step-ride along with rep.
5th step-this depends but they could send you to corporate for additional interviews or offer you the job

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Negotiate base salary. When you are on base salary, you do not earn any commissions. You have to go to straight commission to make good money here. You can negotiate the base salary but they will sell you on the fact that the base is meaningless because if you want to make real money you have to go to straight commission. I would still suggest negotiating a higher base salary because you won't know the condition of your territory and how much it is billing. Some reps are on their base salary for years before they switch to straight commission so I would negotiate a high base.

They are very cheap on their base salaries. They like to hire reps at 55k base but I know reps that have negotiated a lot higher.
