I have been working at Integrated Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They are constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to be more successful, profitable and streamlined. I've been given opportunities to build accounts up that have been established, take on new business and challenging clients that need more focus/attention. There is never a day that is the same! You are involved with all aspects of the company - Sales, Payroll, Employee Care, Onboarding. I truly feel that this is a company you can grow with.

    Cons

Working for a smaller, but growing company means that not everything is set in stone. New policies, procedures, positions and ways of doing things are constantly going to be changing. In order to succeed in this company you need to resilient and adaptable. This isn't a con for me, but can see this is not for all so it was worth mentioning.

    Advice to Management

New brand, continue to move forward and keep up the great work!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Integrated Resources.

    Interview

The interview process was very smooth and the recruiters very friendly and understanding. First, there was a phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview was more of an HR interview. The on site interview included questions about experience and expectations and benefits etc. Overall, a very good experience with the company.
