The job posting was on monster.com. Initial contact from the company was via email. I was then instructed to take two online assessments (the first being multiple choice and the second being short answer) and fill out and submit a skills matrix sheet. I scheduled a phone interview where I was then asked specific questions regarding my previous experience.InterviewA key point for this specific job was migrating Microsoft Exchange installations. Exchange was listed in the job duties but it was not made clear this was a big deciding factor.
