I worked at Integreon full-time
Office was run with a younger, understanding group--as long as you got your work done, you got paid, and could continue onto other projects--if you excelled, you could get pushed up to project management.
Sometimes staffing could be poorly organized, and could lead to offtime for some of the contract attorneys--neutral for clients though, I suppose.
Advice to Management
Consider possible incentives (financial or otherwise) to retain quality attorneys, and everyone's life will run much more smoothly.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Integreon (Fargo, ND) in July 2015.
There was an HR rep and 4 managers in the interview. The HR rep asked most of the questions and the managers described what their department did and what position they were looking for. Basically, the managers were there to decide whether or not they wanted you so it was very fair and gave a better opportunity for you to showcase yourself.
