Mission: IAI Provides High Quality, Technical and Engineering Services and Innovative Solutions that Enhance the National Security of the United States.
I have been working at Integrity Applications full-time (More than 5 years)
Benefits are great. Used to be better, but everyone is cutting in the industry and I believe IAI is doing their best to keep benefits at their highest compared to other same-type Companies.
The company allows for growth and encourages you to expand if you like. They also are OK if you are happy doing what you are doing. They are great at working hard to match your skills to the type of work you WANT to you. They also offer training if you want to increase your skill set.
In our location, the employees TRULY stand up to the IAI motto - Above and Beyond. The El Segundo staff is hands down the best! Everyone is always looking out for each other; the team pulls together when needed; they care about each person AND their families. There is never any covert efforts by any employees to lobby for a job, because there's never a need for it; the company seeks your input on finding work that makes you happy. Plus, we play hard too -- summer parties, holiday parties, anniversary luncheons, annual training luncheons, just-because breakfast outings...to name a few!
If you're looking for a job where you're not a number in a staffing chart, IAI is the place to be.

Advice to Management
Come visit the West Coast more -- winter in California is awesome!
Other than that, keep doing what you're doing.
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Integrity Applications (Ann Arbor, MI) in November 2017.
Got an email about interviewing. Got a phone screen, then went on site to interview. The onsite interview was quite long, but it was really fun and interesting and wasn't technical at all. I was asked to summarize my background and experience, and then was given a tour.
