Pros

Killer team, mature processes, flexible work environment, best clients across the US. Also the best tech and toys possible. Some of the most challenging and rewarding projects and client programs

Cons

Healthy amount of tension but those of us on anti-anxiety meds need to accept consulting is hard. Very little handholding so egotistical goofballs who can’t deliver should avoid at all costs or you

Advice to Management

You should screen harder and fire the babies faster. Some of these other reviews are so funny knowing who it was and they were obviously a terminated or underperformed or unable to manage themselves.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Integrity (United States)

    Interview

It was a casual, conversational interview. I only had one interview, and it lasted about an hour and a half. I spoke with the owner and lead UX designer at the time. The owner described the culture as "sink or swim"–I was right out of college, and I believe they were looking for someone more experienced. I didn't have any strong opinions. The main downside... I sent a follow up "thank you" and did not hear from them again.
