To those of you who are external recruiters, please consider whether it’s helpful to convey a sense of urgency with absolutely every candidate you introduce. We realize that there may be cases when the candidate wants to land quickly so as not to delay client work. But when it happens constantly we become suspicious and, frankly, may question your integrity. As, for instance, when you told us the candidate had to quit her current firm by the end of the month owing to important client commitments

It was basic and like any other interview. I initially was interested but then reconsidered based on lack of benefits. Interview was one time and with a recruiter who was young and pleasant.
