Ethics Q: I create usage reports based on available data. One report shows gaps in the pipeline which skew the results. Consumers requested that I fix it by inserting dummy transactions on the reporting layer, essentially "ghost rows" to adjust the final numbers. My gut is telling me this is wrong. The db should be the source of truth and if a report uncovers anomalies, they should be addressed at the source to maintain confidence and integrity of the system and process. What do you think?

InterviewIt was basic and like any other interview. I initially was interested but then reconsidered based on lack of benefits. Interview was one time and with a recruiter who was young and pleasant.
