Top CEOs: 2015 (#21)
Not just a job, a success.
Every day we generate successful opportunities for our people across North America. We work to make each experience the most rewarding, positive and productive it can be. We expect great things from you; you should expect a great experience with us.
Fun Fact: More than 70% of our team members are promoted to new opportunities within their first two years.
At Integrity, we give you more than just a paycheck.
When you give your best efforts to a job, you deserve the best treatment in return. As an Integrity team member, that's exactly what you'll get. We know that our success depends upon you, and we've worked hard to develop benefits and rewards that show our appreciation.
We've built a reputation as a company that focuses on the needs of each employee. We pay top rates, of course, but that's just for starters. We are proud to offer complete benefits and programs that help secure the health and financial future of you and your family.
Want to further your career through skill upgrading and training? Integrity's on top of this, too. We offer seminars on topics important to your career growth, plus computer and internet based training to add new software skills or freshen up existing skills. Career development planning services are also available.
These 10 Core Values guide our actions each and every day:
So often, the greatest impact on our associates comes from getting the little things-the unexpected things-consistently right. So let's focus on the details from their perspective, and make our associates' time with us the most rewarding it can be.
We give our all when we see the next peak to conquer.
We ask a lot of each other, because our clients ask a lot of us. Sometimes it seems the task at hand is impossible, until we embrace the challenge, push back our fear, and discover our true abilities.
The skill sets we learn in one context may lead to success in the next. More important, what may seem a failure today can lead to tomorrow's breakthrough.
If instincts tell us it's not the right things to do, it probably isn't. Integrity is the roadmap of our actions, even when no one is looking.
Strive for the highest quality in all pursuits. Ask for help from others who know their business better than you do. Let's do great things that endure the whims of time.
Take risks when they are worthy, and know when and where to pull back. When appropriate, why not go out on a limb, if indeed that's where the fruit is?
It's not a big idea if it doesn't make things easier.
It's in our natre to take on roles that force us to increase our personal and professional capacity. It's our obsession to fill bigger boots with every step we take.
Yes, we're high strung. We're professionals at the top of our game. We don't settle for second place from ourselves or our clients.
We strive to be an opportunity engine for all kinds of people, in all kinds of communities across the continent.
Personal profiles are irrelevant; what matters to us are core values like ambition, work ethic and integrity. So we’re proud to partner with suppliers that reflect the people we’ve pledged to serve.
This policy of deliberate inclusion helps us understand and anticipate the real needs of our clients, no matter who they are. We are driven to build relationships of mutual benefit with businesses owned and operated by qualified minorities, veterans, women, and LGBT people across the country.
We think this builds better businesses with bigger hearts – and bottom lines. And that’s good for everyone.
I have been working at Integrity Staffing Solutions full-time (More than a year)
I've seen this company grow fast over the past creating opportunity for promotions. I've heard that most of the directors and regional managers began at Integrity as shift managers or site leaders. It's great that the company looks inside for talent and recgnizes people with pramotions. I think we are now in over 80 locations, but it still feels like a family owned business. Communication here has really improved. I receive frequent updates thru videos and news flashes about the business directly from the owners. I also see that managers at all levels truly beleive in the company's core values.
My regional manager doesn't do a great job at sharing information about what's going on. I would like to see more people taking personal ownership in their jobs. To me, it means more oppportunity. I'd like to take on more.
Advice to Management
Keep making improvements in communications. Don't stand for old-timers who don't like to be held accountable, especially when things are busy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Integrity Staffing Solutions.
Received two phone interviews and two physical interviews. One from a lower team member first and then a manager, for both. Received a phone call from the lower employee after the manager call and an email with instructions to apply online at a different site as well as to take an interview test. After this test then the call came with the job offer and scheduling. Came to find out that the lower employee that called initially was from a call center in the Philipines. They say they will give you a call back when you request more information but they don't. I had to follow up and ask for more information from several sources before I received the information I requested.
