    Pros

Looking at these poor reviews you'd think this place is hell on earth. It's not perfect but it isn't what these other reviews are leading you to believe. They are written by people that lost their job for various reasons and they're coming here to try and exact some revenge.

The leadership of the company is solid. People are looked at as individuals but held accountable for their performance. Come to work, have a good attitude, and give your best effort and you'll be fine.

The company is growing and promotion opportunities are there. Tenure doesn't matter as much as experience and performance in your current role. People complain about "favorites" being promoted but don't recognize the background they have. Just because you managed not to get fired for the last year doesn't mean you deserve a promotion!

    Cons

This is a young, small company. That means there are a lot of opportunities but also a lot of growing pains to go with it. Be prepared to share your ideas but also be flexible and have a thick skin. Sometimes things just need to get done without worrying about someone getting their feelings hurt.

    Advice to Management

You're on the right track. There are 2 things that you need to keep an eye on. One is "transparency" and the other is communication. The reason people come on here and complain about the lack of "transparency" is because of the lack of communication within the company. When you make a decision or change a policy then let people know about and the reasons behind it.

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at IntelliHARTx (Findlay, OH) in April 2014.

    Interview

I had 2 interviews. The first was face to face. The average interview lasts for 20-30 minutes. My interview lasted 45 minutes. He obviously had a set of questions to ask as to my experience and how I deal with certain situations. I had a good experience and asked him many questions about the company which I think impressed him. The second interview lasted close to 30 minutes. The was very enjoyable and this was more of a personality profile.
