can pay well if you get a route job, instead of On Demand work.
lots of pressure from management. Nothing is their fault. It is always the driver's fault. Get too many of these faults and you are gone. High turnover is the rule, not the exception. You will wear out your car, and tires, etc, for nothing. Mgmt doesn't appreciate the drivers who perform daily. recently they handed out $50 gas cards for good performance. I dont know of anyone who got one.
Advice to Management
appreciate those drivers who perform for you every day. You dont always have to hand out money (though it is nice!) Just a few words of thanks, and encouragement.
