I have been working at Intelliswift full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Intelliswift has an efficient recruiter team. All recruiters were both highly accurate with their work.
They know the clients very well and helped all candidates made the best decision. They will give you all answers, followed up on everything promptly until it finishes. I had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Kamalesh and Mr. Maruthi. They are the best recruiters I have ever met.

Intelliswift has a lot of clients. And because the way you work will show the company culture, so Intelliswift has hired professional staffs, who know how to keep discipline and work smart. And working in client's office leads to being more responsible, reliable, versatile and willing to explore so as to improve.
And sure, responsibilities are more but you learn more too.

When I came to Intelliswift's head office, I saw all employees are always exposed to other amazing employees and intelligent thinkers.
They made creative work environment, collaboration and disruptive innovation.

Intelliswift also has a great management team, always take care all employees in the company as a big family. So, you can believe that your work result will be recognized.
I had many deep conversations with Mr. Gokul - vice president of Intelliswift. A friendly and trustworthy manager, that you can share any problem, regardless of whether it is your difficulties in your life or vision of future technology. I also love the way he works. He always thinking fast, and make decision smart.

    Cons

For my case, none that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

You are doing very well. Please continue the way you are doing, and are innovating.

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Intelliswift (San Jose, CA) in November 2014.

    Interview

    1) a phone interview with initial contact at Intelliswift
    2) a phone interview with initial contact's boss at Intelliswift
    3) a phone interview with Intelliswift's client
    4) an onsite interview with Intelliswift's client
    ------ at a minimum -----
Further Interviews may be necessary depending on situation/client
In my case, the end client was Home.com, a subsidiary or partner with Realtor.com. All questions were regarding Wordpress, and how plugins work within the Wordpress framework via hooks known as actions and filters.

    Interview Questions

    • There were no real difficult questions for anyone familiar with PHP and Wordpress, but perhaps the ones that made me think the most was how to protect Wordpress installations against outside DOS attacks and such. Another one was about the wp_enqueue method, which is used for telling Wordpress that the page should include a javascript or css file.   Answer Question
