ProsWith security jobs it's all about the job site you work at that will determine your experience with the company, some are fantastic others less ideal. My site I worked at was fantastic and the pay
ConsNone, they were very helpful.
I applied online. I interviewed at Inter-Con Security (San Diego, CA)
InterviewI first got a call from someone describing the position and asking more about my work experience. Then she schedules an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was virtual and quick. It wasn’t hard and straight to the point. However the hiring manager told me I would get a call within 2 days and if I didn’t get a call he told me to email them. I emailed them asking for an update and didn’t get a response until 3 weeks later! Extremely unprofessional and the least they could of done was contact me on time to tell me I didn’t get the position. Good luck hearing back from them..
