I have been working at Interactive Business Systems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Management from the very top, down, really focus on making sure that relationships are of utmost importance to our business. The employees, including myself, are empowered to go about our jobs in a way that focused on this and focused on doing the right thing for the candidates and current consultants. There is creative freedom in how you approach your job and there is also additional reimbursement for schooling/training to help you do your job better. The people here are truly a family and I can't speak higher of leadership and of everyone in the back office. I have never had issues with getting things done and making things happen. There is even the ability to work remotely when needed!

    Cons

Seriously, there is nothing glaring with IBS. The benefits could use a small improvement, really the 401K. Additionally, being a small company there can be a feeling of no where to grow but leadership is working on this and doing its best to make sure each person is heard and their potential is unleashed in any way that's realistically possible within IBS.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!
