I worked at Interactive Health full-time (More than 5 years)
HR management is awesome and most of the employees are friendly. They often have company meeting outside of the office or in other locations completely. The job is easy and MOST people are very helpful if you have a problem or question.
Management is horrible and very clicky. They got rid of good people because they weren't "cool". If you work in customer service you are treated like crap, but at least its behind your back and not to your face.

Quit so that HT can thrive
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Interactive Health (Baton Rouge, LA) in May 2015.
Phone interview that took about 15 mins where she described the company and job title in which I applied for. The hiring process was long and a little frustrating because it hard getting in contact with some staff.
