ICE is always growing and expanding into new markets. Employees need to be open to change and flexibility - Worth it though for the continuous opportunity for growth and financial stability these acquisitions allow ICE to offer employees

The hiring process was extremely straight forward. Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, then interview with the skip-level manager. Everyone was pleasant and asked questions directly related to the role (no trick questions).
