    Inside Sales Account Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Interline Brands (Jacksonville, FL) in July 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was very impersonal and very quick. After the initial contact from the recruiter (who seemed to go in the assumption that I had never interviewed for anything) I met with 3 managers in 2 separate 30 minute meetings. The managers were clearly on a clock and seemed much less interested in asking their "cookie cutter" pre- written questions and getting the hell outa there than in trying to make any personal connection. It seems to me they could have accomplished the same results with a phone interview.
