Shared offices with Mark Gordon Co. a very exciting production company. The idea behind the company is good, so it may be successful and have room for growth.
Management was disastrous. Employees were under-utilized, often spending weeks on a project that would be scrapped. Lots of office politics for a small company, no interest in employee input or morale
Advice to Management
Address Middle Management issues and employee turnover. Lots of personal issues and uncertainty from above are distracting.
