New leadership is driving change and building an environment of cost awareness and accountability.
Change is always hard- new ideas and processes can be difficult to sell and implement. However the new team is focused and believe everyone will be on board soon.
Advice to Management
Continue to communicate the driving factors behinds the change- it will ease the transition and continue to help drive the results needed.

I was recruited by a third party recruiter Eric. There were a total of 4 Interviews starting with a phone interview then followed by interview with the Sales Director, round table, engineers and SVP of Sales
